Forum Bug attachments

Hello, I have to use the vbulletin 4.0.4 PL 1.

There was my mistake Forum attachment, when I saw it on AdminCP 19 pending approval file attachments, but when I click on the report it does not have attachments to wait for approval.


Please anyone help me fix this error.
