vB4 Blank Forum in iOS after upgrade to 4.1.10

I have a forum with only 1 style and ofcourse users don't have the option to change the styles.
After I upgraded my forum to 4.1.10, all iOS browsers are showing my forum as blank page!
Then I realized that its not blank, the page is there but I have to scroll right for 5 seconds to reach the forum content, as the width of the page is 10,000 pixel while the forum width is 700 pixel!
BTW, Its showing correctly in Android and all desktop browsers!
After googling, I found the option in vBulletin to have a specific style for mobiles, so I found a normal mobile style and uploaded it and assign it to mobile devices in the Styles & Languages options, but since the mobile I uploaded is too simple & ugly I tried to change the background color as a start but the change isn't reflecting in the mobile browser!
Moreover, I have assigned old & modern style in the options to the mobile style I uploaded, its working fine with iPhone, but with iPad its still showing the corrupted style with blank page, so its as the iPad is not considered as mobile device!
I have 3 questions:
1. How can I have full site style working again in iOS browsers?
2. How can I change the CSS for the mobile version?
3. Is there's a style for iOS browsers that looks the same as this video?
