vB4 Change the default style/color scheme?

ok, I have found tons of changing certian text colors and 'for this or that group'

HOW do I change the default color scheme/style for my entire forum? I do not plan on having users change their own colors or other stuff like that, I just want to use the style generator, hit apply and my whole forum follows that color scheme.. How do I do that?
