If I buy Vbulletin licenes for the 195 is that life time or just a month or how does it work?

I'm trying to move my attachments back into the database for a sever move and I'm getting this error.

"Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted"

Is there an adjustment or setting that needs to be made?

Hey guys I posted on vbulletin.org for a member of the month hack already but I guess there isnt anything like that.

I really want to get the users more involved and I want to give real prizes like movies or w/e to members of the month. How should I go about setting this up if there is no hack for it. Maybe put a box on the home page forum on top and just manually edit the Member of the Month names. Do you think other members should vote for who it is? I would really like it to be from who has the most referalls for that month gets the award. Do you guys have any ideas how i should go about starting this up or do you know any other forums that have something like this already so i can preview how they do it.

I (hope to be) soon Vbulletin License. However, I'm might be purchasing and transferring a VB 3.8 License.

When it says "Updates will end x date" what does that mean exactly? Will I still be able to use the VB License on my domain?

And how much would cost in the future to upgrade to 4.0?

I have a few inactive licenses for 3.5.4. Are these old licenses worth anything? Has anyone heard of people willing to buy expired licenses like that?
