The fix is:

Edit the php.ini file by changing the error_reporting line to the following and then restart:
error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_DEPRECATED
PHP 5.3 looks like it spits out deprecated messages and that php.ini change should turn them off.

and

turn off Show_errors

I notice that when it is enabled, "Read i1.ytimg.com" remains in the browser status...

update:
I have tried the "define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);" in the config file and the issue still persists. I have also re-uploaded all the non-image files, and the issue still persists.

update2:
I am noticing the "Read i1.ytimg.com" status even with facebook disabled. I think it is unrelated.

Some of my members have difficulty to copy and paste text to my site without losing most of the info. Are there any vB 4.0.4 settings I am overlooking or could it be server related?

Does that apply to VB?

Can I got ahead and change the permissions, or does that hurt my VB or cause problems.

Won't it be dangerous to leave permissions this way?

My host allows me to send 500 emails per hour, not more.

When I send an email to all members, I can of course specify how many message are sent per batch.
But how long is that batch? Is it 1 hour or less?

Hi, I'm writing and I ask you now my problem.

I have a forum in VB4 installed a few days ago that gives me an anomaly in the text BBcode Editor

Basically when I click on the button that I should increase the size of the text instead of giving me the classic BB code gives me this result



Needless to say that the site I receive the text in the desired size, but the code as written in the editor ...

This problem occurs after installing this mod:

I uninstalled and removed the files upload, but I have not solved the problem even worse.

The problem persists even with the original skin and with all plugins disabled. But the strange thing is that it only does so using firefox, but works well with IE8 and Chrome.

I also tried to disable the WYSIWYG editor by default options of the forum ... but to no avail.

I do not understand what can be given that on another forum VB4 always with the same plug and the same settings for better or worse the problem does not arise.

How can I fix? Thank you.

I upgraded from 4.0.3 to 4.0.4 today and it all went smoothly BUT I just realised that all my 'Static HTML' widgets are not showing up on my pages AT ALL! I've checked the layout manager in admincp and there all still there but they still won't appear!

Please Help!
